We strive to deliver your product from day to day, depending on time of carrier.

Normal delivery time for items In stock is 1-3 days.

If the item is Available on backorder, delivery time will normally be 4-8 days. In this case, we will contact you by mail and notify you of the actual delivery time.

Freight ships through Omniva and Smartpost. The price of shipping is listed at Checkout, and you choose your preferred shipping method.

Receipt of goods
Only until after you receive the product, you are responsible for it / the goods ordered. and our freight company are responsible for delivering the goods in good condition.

Return of goods

You can return the goods until 14 days after receiving them. In that case you must inform about this within 14 days after receiving the goods by letter or e-mail. he goods must be undamaged, with the original labels attached and in the original packing.

Complaints offers a  2 year warranty on material and manufacturing defects. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price – depending on the specific situation.
Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not due to misuse of the product or other injurious behavior. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance,  violence or tampering.
Invoice must be presented to in connection with the use of the claim.
Any complaints about defects in products delivered, has to be claimed as soon as you have, or should have discovered the defect, to within a reasonable time.
Otherwise you lose the right to claim your lack. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.
Please specify and upon request, show the defect.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When you return the product due to complaints, please provide as much detail as possible, what the reason for the return is.

It is not required to use the form, but it makes the processing of your claim easier and faster.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by COD or similar.
Remember that the product always – must be returned in original packaging intact and returned in good packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Returns & Changes

We generally change your product free of charge and cover the new freight cost, however the freight back to us you have to cover yourself.

Reduced products or products sold on sale, can only be returned or changed after written agreement and the new freight costs and a fee will be charged.
Should you cancel your purchase at, this must be done within 14 days after delivery and balticHORSE.euexchange or refund the amount received minus shipping costs and an administration fee of EUR 5,00.

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back minus shipping cost and an administration-fee of EUR 5,00. The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with or direct to your bank account, which you then please inform us about on the return form, once we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for cancellation.

The only cost when you regret, is postage to send the product back to us and a small administartion fee of EUR 5,00.   Goods returned unstamped cannot be received. In return you are encouraged to use your national postage and do not use alternative package distributors. Thus we have the ability to track where the goods are if they were to be lost during return shipment.
You should send the product suitably packaged and intact original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice. Do also please clearly note that you wish to make use of your right and want it paid back. You cannot also cancel your purchase by denying receipt of the shipment.
